I had a problem with my gate being out of line with the post meaning I was unable to secure the gate. I envisaged an expensive new gate or post so I contacted JMI and a very helpful young man called Jake came out and immediately saw the problem. Rather than trying to sell me a new gate or post he resolved the problem super quick. This was much appreciated from a good down to earth honest company. He even phoned that evening to ensure that everything was ok.

I am so impressed in this day and age with both his honesty and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We have had fencing /gate work and a patio including bush removal and cannot praise the staff or Jake highly enough. The workmanship, friendliness and pricing was all amazing. We would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

The old wooden boundary fence was beyond repair so I started looking at quotes for a full replacement. Very happy with the pricing and the work was done to a great standard. It was a boundary fence going back 12 meters with a large gate and changes in levels. They took away the old fence and cleaned up after themselves.

Second time using this company and cannot fault them. Original garden was landscaped with lots of stones and on deciding to have it paved, my husband and I are amazed at the difference it has made and how quickly the guys have done the work. Nathanial, Tom and Matt worked none stop and we are more than pleased with the outcome. It was nice to hear workmen having banter and it was obvious that they are perfectionists in what they do and enjoy their work. Quick, efficient, no mess and everywhere left clean and tidy. Will sing their praises and recommend, certainly will use again. (Now thinking of a new gate). Thanks Guys, workmen like you are worth their weight in gold!

Jmi were very professional two good lads Tom and Nathan came down to do our gate and fence when someone else let us down and did it for a good price and in a very good time, would recommend to anyone that needs this sort of work doing and I thank them for there hardwork.

After being let down severely by other people, and having half a fence that took six weeks to erect and was absolute rubbish, this firm stepped in and saved the day! Superb work by Tom and Nathanial and I cannot Thank them enough! I rang this firm on a Sunday afternoon not expecting an instant reply. Jake rang back same day, came out the following day as I was desperate for another opinion and advice on weather or not they would be able to erect a decent fence due to the layout of tree roots and slopes. Nothing was a problem and Tom and Nathanial showed up on the day and time expected, never stopped work all day (only when I made them have a drink), they have done an excellent job and I will be looking to use this firm again in the future. Polite, well mannered and certainly hard working guys! Thank you again Tom, Nathanial and Jake. I will be singing your praises for a long time to come!

Jake was on time and sent a quote very quickly which is unusual for tradespeople today based on my experience. The work was completed on the date arranged and was to a very high standard . The lads who did the work (sorry didn’t get their names) were very professional and a credit to the company. They new the answers to any questions I had and fitted an angled panel on the fence as soon as it was available .

Would definitely use JMI again and have some patio work in the pipeline.
